Purpose of Location Access:

  • To identify your pickup location and show nearby available vehicles

  • To enable Drivers to navigate to your pickup point accurately

  • To calculate trip routes and estimated fares

  • To ensure a smooth and secure user experience

Key Points:

  • Location access is only active while the app is in use or when you explicitly allow background location sharing.

  • Your real-time location is never shared with third parties except with your assigned Driver during an active ride.

  • You can revoke or modify location permissions at any time through your device settings.

  • If location permissions are disabled, some app features may not function properly, such as real-time vehicle tracking and accurate fare estimates.

We use this information solely to fulfil the requested transportation service and enhance your overall app experience.

 


 

STORAGE PERMISSION USAGE

Our app requires access to your device’s file storage to generate and allow users to download ride receipts and invoices. This is a core functionality of the app, as users may need to retain their transaction history or billing documents for business, reimbursement, or tax purposes.

We do not access any unrelated files or folders on your device.

We do not collect or upload any personal files.

The permission is strictly used to save PDF copies of your ride bills to your Downloads folder.
